Dimsum Ayam Jamur

Dimsum yang satu ini salah satu menu favorit Mr Jajan, kulit tahu diisi dengan daging ayam and jamur kemudian dikukus, jadi Mrs Jajan iseng-iseng coba bikin sendiri versi ala AnakJajan dimana biasanya isinya cuma daging ayam and jamur, tapi Mrs Jajan nambahin soft tofu. Cara pembuatannya juga gampang and simple.

Bahan-bahannya

Bahan:
- Kulit tahu tipis
- Fillet daging ayam (fillet bagian paha agar lebih juicy)
- Soft tofu, potong memanjang seukuran jempol
- Jamur shitake, potong tipis-tipis

Bumbu daging ayam:
- Daun bawang cincang
- Bawang putih cincang halus (optional)
- Minyak wijen
- Garam
- Lada
- Gula

Cara pembuatan:
1. Lumuri ayam dengan daun bawang, bawang putih halus, minyak wijen, garam, lada, dan gula sedikit (soalnya AnakJajan ga pake MSG)
2. Kukus sebentar kulit tahu agar kulit tahu menjadi lemas (direndam dalam air juga bisa)
3. Ambil satu lembar kulit tahu, susun daging ayam, soft tofu, dan jamur, kemudian bungkus seperti cara membungkus lumpia
4. Kukus sampai matang.

Siap dikukus

Tips:
- Kulit tahu dipotong dulu dengan gunting ketika masih kering jadi lebih gampang, kemudian baru dikukus atau direndam air biar lemas and ga pecah waktu membungkusnya.
- Karena kulit tahu biasanya sudah asin, jadi jangan bumbui ayam dengan terlalu banyak garam yah, nanti keasinan.

Cara potong yang praktis dan cepat ala pemalas :)

Dimsum ayam jamur yang panas-panas dan juicy siap dilahap, cocok dimakan dengan sambal botolan, ato sambal bangkok yang asam manis ataupun kecap asin yang diberi cincangan jahe and cabe rawit. Let’s cook!! :D

    hmmm enak ! kebetulan punya kulit tahu..resepnya gampang & sehat ya ngak perlu goreng2..kukusnya berapa menit sampe matang? bikin ah ^^ thanks buat sharing resepnya

      sama kok dg kembang tahu, tp yang lembaran tipis, biasa di supermarket ada jual kok, sebelum dipake direndam air dulu aja biar lembut and bisa dilipat2

    kemaren coba pake kembang tahu yang lembaran kok hancur ya. harusnya pake “hu mok” kan ya? yang buat bungkus he keng.
    biasanya beli di supermarket mana ya? huaaaa kemaren gagal, kepengen bikinnnn lagi

      Gpp deh tp rasanya enak kan? Kembang tahunya yg buat bungkus lumpia udang alias hekeng. Kemarin sih kita beli di supermarket rezeki grenvil.
