Tamani Cafe is one of the well known and well established restaurant in town for quite long time, up until now since its opening years ago, Tamani Cafe managed to survive and be successful among the new restaurants. It all comes from Tamani Cafe’s effort to control their quality and continue to innovate.

Currently there are 19 outlets of Tamani Cafe in Kemang, Hayam Wuruk, Tomang, Salemba, Mall Artha Gading, Cinere, Kota Kasablanka, BSD Plaza, Plaza Bintaro Jaya, Summarecon Mal Bekasi, Bintaro Jaya X-change Mal, AEON Mall BSD, Citra Garden City 6 and Tamani Cafe Express in Plaza Senayan, Mal Kelapa Gading III, Mal Pondok Indah 2, Senayan City, Grand Indonesia, Mall of Indonesia. AnakJajan visited the outlet in Tomang, the restaurant is very spacious and chic modern with lush green garden theme.

If you need a recommendation for delicious steak place, Tamani Cafe could be one of them since Wagyu Steak is one of the top recommended and signature dishes in Tamani Cafe. Other than that, Tamani Cafe also serves wide variety of international menu to satisfy its customers, so if you come in a group with different palates, it won’t be any problem.

Milk Toblerone IDR 39k
Pretty looking warm milk with whole Toblerone chocolate. It tastes just as good as it looks with creamy chocolatey and comfortable flavors. The drink comes in two options, hot or cold, AnakJajan personally love the hot version especially during rainy season.

Cloud in The Sky IDR 39k
Another recommended drink especially for chocolate lovers, cold rich chocolate with choco chips, it’s perfect for hot sunny day.

Tahu Crispy Telur Asin IDR 39k
Simple looking fried tofu with salted egg seasoning that tastes DA BOMB! The tofu was well-fried, crunchy on the outside while soft moist on the inside complemented by the savory rich salted egg yolk seasoning, very addictive indeed!

Wagyu Sirloin Steak (IDR 168k to IDR 268k), Special High Marbling-Grade 9 IDR 268k
There are various grades of meat for steak that you can choose depending on your personal preferences with price range from IDR 168k to IDR 268k. AnakJajan opted for the highest Grade 9 with great marbling.
Anakjajan requested for Medium Well with pink center, the steak was honestly fantastic! Grilled nicely with perfect charred aroma, seasoned lightly to let the taste of the meat shine. For the side dish, there were carrot, corn, potato (mashed) and creamy spinach to complete the dish. Will definitely order it again next time!

Wagyu Tenderloin Steak (IDR 188k-268k), Special High Marbling-Grade 9 IDR 268k
As you can see from the picture, the tenderloin wagyu steak has a thick cut, AnakJajan had the Grade 9 as well, it was meaty and juicy, drizzled with a bit of pesto sauce for extra flavor, accompanied by corn, carrot, baby tomato, creamy spinach and potato (fries).

Wagyu Beef Fried Rice IDR 88k
Fried rice topped with chunks of wagyu beef served with pickles and special sauce. The rice was very aromatic and garlicky while the wagyu beef chunks were tender, simply satisfying!

Choice of Pasta (Aglio Olio) + Cordon Bleu IDR 62.5k
There are four options of pasta, Pesto, Aglio Olio, Creamy Mushroom and Tomato Basil Sauce, AnakJajan chose Aglio Olio with Chicken Cordon Bleu.

It has been a while since the last time AnakJajan had a yummy chicken cordon bleu and this one from Tamani Cafe was really satisfying with insanely generous amount of melting cheese in the middle. The Aglio Olio pasta was also really good, it was al-dente, savory, garlicky with hint of spiciness from the use of dry chili flakes.

Choice of Pasta (Pesto) + Salmon Grill IDR 112.5k
Same as above, for the pasta menu there are 4 options, for the Salmon Grill, AnakJajan opted for Pesto pasta. The salmon was very tender and delicious but the main star was the nicely cooked al-dente pesto pasta with the right amount of herbs so it didn’t overpower the whole dish.

Overall, Tamani Cafe serves delicious steak menu with reasonable price and great quality, love the wide variety of international menu with enjoyable taste as well, will definitely coming back for more. Let’s Jajan!!
