New dining spot alert in Pluit, Daily Box serving Asian fusion comfort food such as pasta and rice box along with coffee, cakes and snacks, the kind of comfort food that we can enjoy on daily basis for breakfast, lunch or dinner with relatively reasonable price for Pluit area.

The newly opened outlet is located on Pluit Kencana street. It has a cozy decor with cement walls and wooden accents. On the right side we can see the barista preparing coffee order as well as food display for desserts.

The rice box consists of wagyu teriyaki, sunny side up egg and sauteed vegetables. The tender beef slice was fully seasoned with savory and sweet teriyaki sauce, bold but just in the right level, a kind of dish that cannot go wrong especially for meat lovers.

AnakJajan can easily say that it’s our most favorite item there, the pandan chicken was full of umami and well seasoned, then the pandan fragrant rice itself was extremely aromatic and savory, we couldn’t stop after the first bite. Oh by the way, the rice box can be opened to make it easier to eat.

Basically Dori Tengsin is Salted Egg Dori Rice. The dori fish was battered and deep fried until crispy on the outside then fully coated with creamy savory salted egg yolk sauce, love the fragrant aroma of curry leaves on the sauce.
