Shirayuki, who doesn’t know about this famous place in Pantai Indah Kapuk area. Other than the popular dessert menu, Shirayuki also serves various savory dishes and they have recently launched Street Food menu, various toast and noodle dishes with a very affordable price available in both outlets, PIK and Mall Taman Anggrek.

The popularity of Indomie and toast has been booming in the past year, lots of new and innovative creations from both dishes are created, it is the kind of food that we can never say no.

Now Shirayuki has launched various new creations of toast and noodle dishes using their own unique seasoning and flavors with a very affordable price from IDR 9 to IDR 19k. Here are some of the new dishes that AnakJajan tried:

Toast Indomie Tomyam IDR 17k

For the toast, there are two types available, sweet or savory version. For savory version, AnakJajan had the Chili Crab and Indomie Tomyam, the bread was toasted nicely, golden buttery crispy yet fluffy, the spicy tangy tomyam noodle goes really well with bread, it reminds us with Japanese yakisoba bread or bread with noodle filling, while for more moist version, the chili crab sauce is such a great companion, sweet savory yet spicy altogether.

Toast Sweet Taro IDR 15k + Cotton Candy IDR 4k + Soft Ice Cream IDR 16.5k

On the sweet side, AnakJajan had sweet taro and marshmallow, both sweet taro and marshmallow was stuffed inside the toast, for extra pleasure don’t forget to order additional Cotton Candy and Soft Ice Cream. Our personal favorite would be the sweet taro toast, we enjoyed the homemade silky smooth sweet taro filling, very tasteful.

Pizza Indomie Crispy Chili Crab Sauce IDR 19k

Other than the soup and fried noodle, Shirayuki also serves crispy version of noodle, crispy fried noodle with sweet or savory toppings. AnakJajan honestly didn’t have any high expectation on these ones, but surprisingly it tasted really enjoyable beyond our expectations, the crispy noodle was fried nicely with amazing crunchy texture and it goes really well both in savory spicy chili crab sauce or sweet chocolate cheese milk topping.

Indomie Kuah Tomyam IDR 19k
This one was our number 1 favorite! If you are a big fan of spicy and tangy tomyam soup, you’ll love it as much as we did. The tomyam broth was very bold, rich and flavorful, hot spicy yet tangy, it was soooo good, we just cannot stop talking about it!

Indomie Kuah Creamy Telur Asin IDR 19k + Sosis Sapi IDR 6k + Corned Beef IDR 7k
For more comforting taste, this one is recommended. Indomie with creamy salted egg soup, the soup was savory with the right level of creaminess, the addition of corned beef and fried beef sausage made the noodle soup tasted even more delicious and rich.

Indomie Goreng Lada Hitam IDR 16k + Chicken Karaage 10k

From all of the dry noodle dishes, our favorite was the black pepper noodle, the noodle was packed with hot black pepper seasoning, very nice. For noodle, there are 9 selection of toppings with price range from IDR 4k to IDR 15k.

Thai Ice Tea with Basil seed IDR 21k
During that day, AnakJajan tried the new Thai Ice Tea drink, it was very nice, the composition between tea and milk was just right, not too creamy yet very aromatic.

We also had a chance to try the coming soon Thai Tea Kakigoori dessert that will be launched soon at Shirayuki, refreshing thai tea flavored shave ice dessert with thai tea soaked bread, pearl, jelly, espuma cream, etc. AnakJajan had the huge Sharing portion, there will be smaller Personal portion available too, stay tuned!

Overall, AnakJajan had a super satisfying meal trying the new dishes, aside from the affordable price, the taste was really good and addictive too, highly recommended! Let’s Jajan!!
