MIMITI COFFEE & SPACE – Bandung

Mocha IDR 35k // Cappuccino IDR 30k + extra shot of espresso IDR 10k

Located at Setiabudi area, Bandung, Mimiti Coffee & Space is currently one of the new and hip coffee shops in town.

The coffee shop opens early from 8 AM everyday, making it a great stop for morning coffee especially when you reach Bandung early. AnakJajan arrived at the coffeeshop around 10 AM and it was packed with customers.

The coffeeshop has a spacious outdoor area and several seats indoor, inside there is a small section of clothing display. We sat at the outdoor area under the shade of trees, it was pretty breezy and cool even though it was already around noon.

The design of Mimiti is very chic with modern minimalist concept using exposed concrete wall and floor, and lush green trees on the outdoor area resulting a cozy space for hangout while enjoying the breeze of Bandung and of course making it an instagenic spot for instagram as well.

Menu selection is quite limited with several espresso based coffee drink, juice, tea and few selection of pastries, manual brew wasn’t available during our visit. Mr. Jajan had a cup of Cappuccino with additional one shot of espresso, the coffee was pretty bold, it was decent and enjoyable but nothing to shout about while the mocha was kinda disappointing since it tasted more like a cup of chocolate milk.

Overall, decent coffee, great space, we can see why this place is popular. It could be a nice stop for morning coffee break or cozy and instagenic hangout spot with friends in Bandung. Let’s Jajan!
