Entering the last quarter of 2017, AnakJajan received so many questions about Food Trend in 2018, we instantly said that Cheese Tea is going to be a huge trend in Indonesia especially Jakarta and Tangerang. As predicted, Cheese Tea is totally happening this year and we couldn’t be more happier, it’s tasty and it makes great addition for F&B scene in town.

In one sip you’ll get the taste of freshly brewed tea then followed by silky smooth sweet and salty cheese layer on top. What’s not to love right?? 🙂

Out of many places for cheese tea, the newly opened Han Dynastea is worth considering. Well, Han Dynastea served not only Cheese Tea, in fact they sell many tea based creations such as Milk Tea, Classic Tea, and Mousse Tea (Cheese/ Original) with price ranging from IDR 15k to 30k.

For the drink, we can adjust the sweetness level from No Sugar, Quarter (25%), Half (50%), Less (70%), Full (100%) or if you like it sweeter you can order More Sugar (120%).

To answer our curiosity, AnakJajan tried quite a few of their popular items:

Sunset Lovers – Milk Tea IDR 21k/ 24k
This one got us hooked immediately, just the perfect thirst quencher on hot sunny day. The refreshing combination consists of tangy fruity orange, tea and Yakult.

Golden Jasmine – Mousse Tea (Cheese/ Original) IDR 22k/ 26k
AnakJajan had the Cheese Mousse since we love the combination between sweet and salty in our drink. In terms of consistency, AnakJajan gotta say that Han Dynastea is doing a great job, it’s smooth creamy, thick but easy to sip. As for the taste, the cheese mousse has a daring salty taste but still in an enjoyable level, you’ll be able to get the sweet salty taste in each sip.

Coffee Leaf Tea – Mousse Tea (Cheese/ Original) IDR 24k/ 28k
This is the one flavor that got AnakJajan’s attention immediately because it’s unique and uncommon. Basically this tea drink is made of coffee leaves, yup you read it right, leaves from coffee tree. You’ll get the subtle coffee aroma along with nice roasted taste, it goes well with Cheese mousse.

Delfi Choco – Mousse Tea (Cheese/ Original) IDR 25k/ 30k
Lovely chocolate milk drink made from Delfi chocolate, it tastes just like a dessert in a cup.

Milky Taro – Mousse Tea (Cheese/ Original) IDR 25k/ 30k
A nice option that simply cannot go wrong, creamy taro milk with hint of roasted aroma.

Green Tea – Classic Tea IDR 18k/ 23k

The Green Tea is available both in Classic or Mousse tea options. For clean refreshing option, try the Classic Iced Green Tea one, but it you like the creamy milky taste, try the Mousse version.
