WORLD’S SMALLEST CHEF IS HERE!! Unique 3D theater & dining experience by Le Petit Chef at C’s, Grand Hyatt Jakarta, Indonesia 👨🏻‍🍳

Le Petit Chef has been around in several countries, me and Mr. Jajan have seen the unique dining experience on social medias and finally it’s here!!

Using 3D digital projection mapping, we can watch Le Petit Chef comes alive at our table, taking us to the adventure at different countries and tasting 6 different dishes. For complete dining experience, you can check our video below↓↓↓↓↓

Available until 23rd December 2019, there are 4 sessions every day for lunch and dinner: 12.00, 13.00, 19.00, and 20.00. Since the seats are very limited, you have to make reservation first.

As for package, there are 4 options:
– Marco Polo’s Adventure (Kids menu) IDR 1.4mio nett
– Marco Polo’s Voyage (Vegetarian menu) IDR 1.7mio nett
– Marco Polo’s Journey IDR 2mio nett
– Marco Polo’s Expedition (Premium menu including welcome champagne) IDR 2.4mio nett 

Me and Mr. Jajan had Marco Polo’s Expedition menu with more premium ingredients. The six-course set includes wine and water. Since they use projectors and 3D visual technology, you have to sit in a communal table along with other guests.

The concept is Expedition where we follow the footsteps of Marco Polo across the famous Silk Road. So each course you get to enjoy different vibes from different countries. Our most favorite menu would be from India, love love loveee the silky smooth and rich butter chicken so much.

Barley tabbouleh, lamb pastilla potato harra, baharat tuna

India
Butter chicken, 18k gold, jeera rice, paratha

Himalayas
Lemon sorbet, masala chai

China
Steamed gindara, lobster medallion, chicken siu mai, rice ball, Hongkong sauce

Dessert
Saffron spiced rice pudding creme brulee, apricot compote

Overall, we couldn’t agree more that Le Petit Chef is definitely one of a kind dining experience. It was fun experience followed by great tasting dishes as well. Good job Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
