BERBAGI KEAJAIBAN WITH OREO

Hello Sahabat Jajan, in this post we want to share with you some wonderment we had with OREO #OREOBerbagiKeajaiban.

Earlier this month, we visited “OREO Cafe Berbagi Keajaiban”, it’s a pop up cafe by OREO that’s arranged in Depok, Bandung, Jakarta, Semarang, Bogor, and Surabaya. AnakJajan visited the cafe in Kota Kasablanka we simply love the cute setting of the cafe using catchy blue colorful OREO Van with energetic OREO mascot dancing around, we call him Mr. Oreo 😀

Closer look at the fun times we had at Oreo Van Cafe where we enjoyed the sweet creations made with #Oreo such as Frozen Banana Oreo, Oreo Pudding, Deep Fried Oreo, Oreo Milkshake, and Es Campur Oreo. All of them are yummy yet super easy to make at home, couldn't agree more that Oreo is super versatile and can be paired with so many types of dishes. At the event, visitors got a very nice promo, that is “Buy 1 Oreo Get FREE 1 Oreo Dessert”. Visitors enjoyed the sweet creations made with OREO such as Frozen Banana OREO, OREO Pudding, Deep Fried OREO, OREO Milkshake, and Es Campur OREO.

All of the OREO desserts are very yummy, creative and easy to make at home as well especially the Es Campur OREO, it’s different yet enjoyable, it turns out that OREO also goes well with Indonesian recipes, we couldn’t agree more that OREO is super versatile and can be paired with so many types of dishes.

AnakJajan think we all can agree that OREO already tastes sooooo good by itself, we usually love to enjoy it as it is with a glass of milk (do you still remember the “diputer, dijilat, dicelupin” tv commercial?? hehe), but if you notice, we’ve posted so many new menu creations from restaurants or cafes that incorporate OREO into their menu. Here are some example of our tasty findings, OREO creations from cafes or restaurants in Jakarta:

With its own unique and special taste, OREO is extremely versatile, it can paired with so many items and can be used in so many recipes, it has become a new flavor. Try making your new OREO creation at home, there are tons of recipe ideas that are very easy to make, yet it’s a fun activity to do by yourself or even with friends or family. You’ll get surprised by how fun, easy yet yummy it is.

OREO TIRAMISU

Here’s an example of my latest OREO creation when I suddenly craved for something sweet yet special and different but too lazy to go out, so I grabbed my OREO and some ingredients I had in the refrigerator and made my own version of OREO Tiramisu with Oreo crumbs + espresso, mascarpone cheese mixture, crunchy Oreo crumbs, and raspberry for a bit of color and fruity taste.

In case if you want to try to make it at home. Here’s the OREO Tiramisu recipe:

Ingredients:

8 pieces of OREO
8 tablespoons of Ready to use Mascarpone Soft Cream Cheese (sweetened)
2 pieces of Raspberry
4 tablespoons of Espresso

Equipment:

2 Glass containers
1 Plastic zipper bag (or any food grade plastic bag)
Spoon

Time requirement: 5minutes
Serving: 2portions

Steps:

Put OREO into zipper bag and crush it
Add the crushed OREO into the glass containers, divide it equally for both containers, leave 1table spoon of OREO crumbs for the topping later
Pour 2 tablespoons of espresso over the OREO crumbs on each glass container
Add 4 tablespoons of mascarpone on each glass container
Sprinkle the rest of OREO crumbs on top and add raspberry
TADA!! OREO Tiramisu is ready to be enjoyed.

It’s very QUICK AND EASY to make with just simple ingredients and equipments right?! I personally love to let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1hour to let the espresso infused perfectly into the OREO so it will taste even better. In case if you want to try to make it at home. You can also try to make this by your own! Just follow this simple recipe.

Besides quick and easy, it tastes delicious as well with delightful smooth, creamy, and crunchy textures combination. My tummy was very happy and my craving was totally satisfied.
