Meet one of our most favorite patisserie in Jakarta greater area, Lady Eve Patisserie that is famous for their high quality Couverture Brownies, now including Cakes, Cheesecakes, Cookies, and Jam. Starting from online, we couldn’t be more happy to share with you the great news that Lady Eve Patisserie has opened a physical store at Ruko The Springs Selatan, Gading Serpong, Tangerang area.

AnakJajan have been a big fan of Lady Eve Patisserie for years, we got hooked immediately after trying their product for the first time in 2013 and they have been consistently producing great tasting products with undoubtedly amazing quality.

It feels good that the brand we love finally have their own physical store and it’s totally a heaven for sweet lovers. The product display is simply sooooo tempting we almost want to try everything, I’m sure you will feel the same too when visiting the shop, let’s take a close look at their products.

BROWNIES

Brownies IDR 145k (size: 10cm x 15cm x 4,5cm)

Since the first time trying in 2013 up until now, their Brownies products still remain one of our TOP FAVORITES. Let me tell you why, for the Brownies, Lady Eve Patisserie uses great quality of 70% dark couverture chocolate, it gives the brownies a nice rich taste that you cannot find from conventional brownies out there. Then in the middle, you will get gooey melting filling after you reheat it for 30 seconds in microwave.

The brownies has a solid texture and it tastes incredibly rich with the use of 70% couverture chocolate, but they cleverly balance the taste with sweet filling in the middle, one of a kind indeed!

There are great range of flavor for you to choose; Brandy Black Forest, Rum Raisin Irish Coffee Cream, Sea Salt Caramel, Vanilla Cream Brulee, Milk Chocolate Truffle, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Passion Fruits Cream, American Cheese Cake, Apple Crumble, Yuzu & Citrus Cream Cheese, Salty Chocolate Popcorn, Green Tea, Hazelnut Praline, and Honey Lavender. I think we’ve tried almost all of them and each flavor never fails to satisfy, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Salty Chocolate Popcorn, and Brandy Black Forest are our most favorites.

Besides the regular size, it’s also available in round 18cm diameter IDR 375k (size: diameter 18cm x 5cm). Believe me after you try this, those conventional brownies won’t impress you anymore.

Cheese cake is one of the newest creations by Lady Eve Patisserie, at this moment there are 4 flavors available; Banana Caramel, Raspberry & Strawberry, Hazelnut & Spice, and Mango Butterscotch Cheesecakes. Our first impression would be the decoration, it looks very festive with all the colorful toppings.

Raspberry & Strawberry Cheesecake (slice)

The taste itself it impressive, our most favorite one would be the Mango Butter Scotch, the cheesecake is very rich yet soft it melts in the mouth easily then complemented perfectly with other ingredients such as the sweet and sour passionfruit coulis.

TRAVEL CAKE

One of the best selling products here is Travel Cake IDR 125k available in 5 flavors; Carrot Cake, Earl Grey, Alunga, Banana, and Lemon Poppy (size: 13.5cm x 4cm x 5cm).

At first we’re not very sure about the cake since it looks very dense and heavy when we cut it but my oh my, it surprised us with the amazing textures and flavors combination from all the ingredients. Each cake has so many elements resulting a very delightful eating sensation, not to mention that it’s not overly sweet.

Our most favorite one would be the yellow one, Passionfruit Alunga, it’s dense yet moist with light chocolate taste using 41% milk chocolate complemented by crunchy texture from salty peanut caramel and fruity passionfruit.

Almost flourless cake has gotta be the most beautiful creation in Lady Eve Patisserie, it’s very interesting as well since they infuse different kinds of tea to each cake to enhance the taste and aroma.

Mr. Grant is our most favorite one, it has a rich and bold taste with the use of 70% chocolate with moist dense texture paired perfectly festive toppings with interesting combination of texture and flavors, to enhance the rich bold aroma of chocolate, they use hibiscus tea and it goes really well.

Glad that now besides the whole cake, Almost Flourless and Travel Cake are also available in individual mini size with price ranging from IDR 23k to IDR 30k.

Gladly that besides wholecake, now they also have the portion cut, you can purchase the cake per slice, yay!
