Located in the Spanish province of Málaga, Ronda is also one of Spain’s oldest towns that retains much of its historic charm. During our visit to Spain, AnakJajan spent a day in Ronda and it’s totally an attractive destination to visit with its own unique places and landscape to offer especially the Whitewashed Village.
Ronda is well known for their dramatic views and after visiting, AnakJajan couldn’t agree more, there are so many spectacular view that simply looks like our computer wallpaper since it is situated in a very mountainous area. They also have incredibly beautiful clear blue sky.
Hotel Catalonia Reina Victoria
AnakJajan stayed for a night in the beautiful Hotel Catalonia Reina Victoria. The hotel has a beautiful homey vibes with interior that kinda reminds us of American country house.
The hotel is located just within walking distance to the main attractions of the old town, for us the best part from it is the view from our room, you’ll get the vast panoramic landscape from the room balcony, it’s special because it’s not the kind of view you can get everyday💙

The whole town looks very instagenic on every corner especially the whitewashed village, all the traditional white houses on narrow streets are fun to explore.
Casa de la Guitarra de Ronda (Ronda Guitar House)
As recommended by a few of our readers, a visit to Spain won’t be complete without watching Flamenco Show. In Ronda, there’s a place for it, the name is Ronda Guitar House. The artist performed a few of songs with the signature Spanish guitar and we gotta say that it was marvelous.

Restaurante Puerta Grande
The dinner venue was this local restaurant called Puerta Grande specializes in local Spanish food. We had a course of several dishes including the uber yummy shrimp dish for appetizer and seafood paella. The food was delicious we almost want to finish everything if only we have unlimited tummy space.
As usually typical Spanish, the staffs are super friendly they made us feel like home❤️ That’s going to be one of the major things that we’re going to miss so much from this trip. They even provided us an extremely spicy chili sauce to satisfy our Asian tastebud, that’s very thoughtful.

Even though our visit to Ronda was short, for us personally Ronda is the destination that you would want to put in your itinerary, it is memorable with its majestic views, charming historic scene and beautiful white village, you’re gonna love it!
