To celebrate the 11th Anniversary, Pancious brings out a lavish list of new menu from appetizer, drink, main course to dessert.

As we all know, Pancious has been one of the favorite brands in Indonesia when it comes to casual western gourmet experience for years. AnakJajan gotta admit that Pancious is doing great effort in order to keep being relevant and loved by its customer.

Aside from the food quality and consistency, one of the major points would be new menu, it gives us a new reason to keep coming back for more.

For the 11th Anniversary, there are 10 new menu in total; 6 food and 4 beverages and it starts to be available for public on 9th April 2018. Let’s take a closer look at the new items.

Mac & Cheese Ball IDR 52k
For AnakJajan personally, these golden balls are the most exciting new addition. Basically it’s macaroni and cheese shaped into ball and then deep fried. The balls were crunchy on the outside yet uber gooey cheesy creamy on the inside, best enjoyed with chili mayo sauce.

Waldorf Salad IDR 68k
It’s a unique salad with apple, pear, and romaine lettuce tossed in their special salad dressing and sprinkle raisins & walnut with a twist of truffle oil. The truffle oil surely plays a major role in giving the creamy salad a distinctive aroma.

Barramundi & Cherry Tomato Sauce IDR 150k
The pan fried barramundi came with spinach, tomato sauce, and choice of side dishes. The fish was simple yet irresistibly good, meaty tender with clean seasoning, squeeze a bit of lemon juice to give the dish an extra fresh kick. Good job!

Baramundi & Lemon Butter Sauce IDR 150k
Besides tomato sauce, they also have lemon butter sauce version. The tangy kick from lemon sauce gave the fish a fresh and savory taste. For side dishes, we had smashed potato and grilled corn that was just amazing with nice grill aroma.

Roasted Baby Chicken IDR 125k
You’ll get a whole baby chicken for this dish. The chicken is slow roasted with Pancious’ special technique, our first impression was the taste, we enjoyed the chicken on its own with the seasoning fully absorbed into the meat. It’s served with your choice of sauce and side dishes. Seriously the grilled baby potatoes are always the perfect choice.

Apple Juice IDR 40k
From new drink selection, my most favorite one is their Apple juice. The juice was super refreshing and easy to sip thanks to the fresh slow press process.

Ice Shake Latte IDR 55k
Fresh brewed coffee shaken with milk, served with vanilla ice cream. If you enjoy creamy rich drink, you should go for this one, fyi it’s available in a few options; Hazelnut, Mocca, Coffee Latte, or Caramel.

Hazel & Gretel IDR 58k
A mix of Baileys, coffee, and hazelnut, served with almond slice and ground coffee. It has medium level of milky creamy taste.

F-150 IDR 38.5k
An intriguing choice of name. The vibrant looking drink is a mix of passion fruit, orange, and kiwi syrup, resulting a refreshing fruity drink.

Passion Apple Pancake IDR 50.5k (Pancake) / 60.5k (Crepes Cake)
Pancake presentation on point followed by enjoyable taste. The fluffy pancakes came with passion fruit sauce, apple bits, passion fruit macarons, choice of ice cream and buttery charcoal crumble for texture, you’ll get the sweet taste followed by refreshing acidity from the fruit in each bite.

Overall, the new dishes are a nice addition to the menu, well executed, great flavor. As always, Pancious never fails to satisfy.
