What’s new at NOMZ Grand Indonesia, Jakarta? Lots of new menu it is! So, recently Nomz Kitchen & Pastry has revamped their menu with lots of new interesting selections, let’s take a look shall we?! 🙂
When it comes to good food with good vibes, Nomz Kitchen & Pastry has always been a dependable choice in Grand Indonesia and they always have something new to offer. The new menu is still in line with their modern comfort food concept, you can expect to find wide variety of cuisine from Indonesian, Asian, or even Italian dishes with their own unique modern twist.
Because good food is best shared with friends or family, Nomz Kitchen & Pastry caries many new menu that are perfect for sharing or they call it small plates to share, it’s a great idea for a big feast with a group of friends of family because you get to try a lil bit of everything.
Lokal Teri Salad IDR 65k
Something refreshing to bring out the appetite, fresh vegetable salad: beansprout, carrot, cucumber, wombok, mesclun, corriander, deep fried shallots in sweet tangy nam prik sauce then topped with crispy wonton skin and mini anchovies for extra crunchy sensation. It’s crunchy, fresh, not overly dressed, and appetizing.
Crumbed Escargot IDR 85k
First time trying fried escargot, gotta say that their spicy and sour dipping sauce is genius, it gives the crunchy deep fried bites a nice tangy fresh kick.
Potato Candu IDR 55k
As the name suggests, the thin potato threads are simply addictive. Crunchy, salty, tasty, nuff said!
Porky Bites IDR 85k
Another addictive snacks, fried pork belly bites with garlic, chili, shallots, salt, pepper. Seriously couldn’t stop after the first bite. Love the fact that it’s not greasy at all.
Taj Tortilla IDR 55k
For more exotic option, they also have Taj Tortilla or spiced chicken patty with mint yoghurt on tortilla wrap.
Hot Chicks IDR 45k
The fried chicken wings are thoroughly seasoned with hot sauce, sesame seed, chives. The spiciness level is just medium which makes it enjoyable.
Fried Chicken Skin IDR 40k
Crunchy golden deep fried chicken skin with sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, my oh my, can it get any better?! Look at that giant pieces of crispy chicken skin!
Autumn in Japan IDR 175k
Served medium rare or medium, Autumn in Japan is basically 100gr torched wagyu sirloin MB 4-6 with miso butter, chives and topped with katsuobushi. As you can see from the picture, the wagyu sirloin was cooked nicely with lovely pink color in the center with lovely smoky aroma from the torched cooking process and katsuobushi.
Neighbor Chili Crab IDR 85k
One of the top favorite item from “small plates to share” section, instead of using crab, they use battered soft shell crab which makes it easier to devour. Best enjoyed with mantou or fluffy bun, you can order it from the side dish section.

From Hainan IDR 70k
Poached chicken breast served on top of prawn chili oil and kailan. The dried prawn chili plays a major role in giving the soft tender chicken breast a bold kick of Asian flavor, best enjoyed with jasmine rice/ garlic butter rice.
Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce IDR 65k (5pcs)
Tender, fully marinated, sweet, savory and nutty, nuff said! 🙂
Crumbed Pork Ribs IDR 110k
Crumbed pork ribs deep fried until golden, tender on the inside and easily fall off the bone, then seasoned with dry Szechuan seasoning, savory and garlicky with subtle chili kick.
Prawn Gambas IDR 85k
Ahhh the taste that brings back to our good memories in Spain, uber tasty savory and garlicky Spanish style prawn cooked in garlic, olive oil, chili and served with bread.
Happy Meal IDR 150k
Beautiful roasted pork belly served with tangy spicy Nam Jim. It’s nicely seasoned, uber juicy and tender with crunchy skin and great ratio between meat and fat.
Oriental Vongole IDR 125k
As the name suggests, this dish has a nice oriental flavor since the vongole is stir fried with black beans, capsicum, corriander. It’s savory, aromatic and very flavorful thanks to the use of black beans.
Spring in Japan IDR 160k
Another beef dish called Spring in Japan consists of 100gr torched wagyu sirloin MB 4-6, oyster mushroom, tentsuyu broth. Look at the beautiful pink beef, love the fact that it has a simple savory seasoning without being overpowering, just nice to complement the tender meat.
Squid Ink Pasta IDR 125k

Gulai Fish Head IDR 80k
So basically for these “small plates to share” menu, you can order additional carb on the side as companion like Garlic Butter Rice, Jasmine Rice, or Mantou. For Gulai Fish Head, AnakJajan would highly recommend you to get Jasmine Rice as companion, the kama fish head is tender and aromatic served on rich and bold traditional gulai sauce in coconut cream, the kind of Indonesian dish that calls for rice.
