Say hello to Sushi Hiro‘s newest and biggest outlet in Senayan City Mall. This time AnakJajan’re going to try some of their new menu.

Their new outlet is located on the 5th floor in Senayan City. Upon entering, you’ll get the same zen vibes at the entrance area.

AnakJajan always adore Sushi Hiro’s simple and clean decor with light wooden furniture, warm lighting, green plants and little paper ornaments on the ceiling resulting a warm welcoming feeling.

Ok, time for food!! This time we tried some of their new menu where most of the new menu are available exclusively in Senayan City outlet.

Matcha Lover & Chocolate Exxxtasy
New blend drink for sweet tooth lovers, these sweet and creamy blend drink are available in Matcha or Chocolate version (non alcohol).

King Crab Guratan IDR 65k
Served on big shell, the king crab meat is baked with creamy cheesy sauce, anyone who loves cheesy creamy dish would enjoy it.

Tokyo Airlines Set IDR 45k & Hokkaido Shin Set IDR 55k
Aren’t there the cutest?! Actually it’s a kid’s menu, but we couldn’t help not to take a picture of if. So for kid’s menu, there are 2 types; Tokyo Airlines Set (spaghetti carbonara with fried sausage, french fries and veggies) & Hokkaido Shin Set (rice with chicken teriyaki, chicken karaage, omelette, french fries and veggies).

Bomb Bastic Roll IDR 80k/ 8pcs
This deep fried sushi creation surprisingly tastes INCREDIBLY YUMMY! Sooo good beyond our expectations, it consists of inari sushi roll with cream cheese and chopped spicy salmon, you’ll get a nice crunchy texture while combination of various flavors inside.

Kagoshima Onsen Bomb IDR 70k
Well this is surely the most suitable menu for meat lover, the sushi rice is covered with big slices of beef, best enjoyed in one big mouthful for maximum sensation. The beef is torch-grilled and glazed with savory sauce, the juice from meat and creamy taste from yolk will burst in the mouth.

Salmon Volcano Roll IDR 40k/ 2pcs, Beef Tobiko Bomb IDR 30k/ pc, Beef Ikura Bomb IDR 50k/ pc, Beef Foie Grass Bomb IDR 60k/ pc, Double Bomb IDR 35k/ pc

As the name suggests, these new bomb sushi are indeed DA BOMB! In one mouthful, you’ll get a nice burst of flavors. Love the hint of fiery taste from the torch-grill process and also creamy sauce on top, it’s so flavorful we don’t need to use soy sauce anymore.

Gyoza Shoyu Ramen IDR 55k
For warm comforting option, now they have shoyu ramen served with gyoza and wakame. It’s a filling and comforting dish with savory soup, the gyoza is also nice with meaty filling packed with umami.

Truffle Cream Cheese Udon IDR 60k
A simple yet tasteful dish, springy udon cooked in creamy sauce with truffle oil for aroma and roasted peanut for nutty crunchy texture.

As usual, sushi game is always strong in Sushi Hiro, we always left with happy tummies. Great flavor, innovative creation, instagrammable plating, nice cozy space. If you happen to be in Senayan area, don’t forget to try Sushi Hiro’s new menu that are available exclusively at Senayan City outlet.
