Earlier last month, AnakJajan joined AirAsia Blogger Community 2nd Anniversary Party at Bangkok Thailand. It is a huge anniversary event which gathers more than a hundred of bloggers from all over Asia such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippine, Myanmar, China, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Korea.
The first event started with Rally Photo Hunt where the bloggers were divided into 13 groups and AnakJajan were paired with team mates from Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan, Philippines and Thailand.
For the ‘Thainess’ Rally Photo Hunt, each team has to explore Bangkok on their own to discover and hunt for 5 photos that considered to be Thai only starting from Thai food, Bangkok shrine, coolest and hippest shopping place, ‘Thainess’ anything random thing that is very very ‘Thai’ and the last one would be finding AirAsia logo/ ad.
We were fortunate to have a fun team mates and even more lucky to have a Thai team mate who know where to take us to get the best Thai experience.
Unlike any other teams that were playing safe and heading to the siam area in order to finish the tasks as fast as possible, we were the only team that is heading to a different route.
Our team agreed to just enjoy our time exploring Bangkok while doing the challenge. Our Thai team mate brought us to explore around the city to the fun places doing fun things that we have never experienced starting from riding Thai boat along Chao Phraya River, visiting famous landmarks and old town area of Bangkok, trying local street food and traditional cake, it was fun!
The event continued with party celebration where all bloggers wore their traditional national costume.
The party was fun and filled with lot’s of prizes for best costume, Photo Rally challenge winner and lucky draw. Even though our team didn’t win because we were late but Mr. Jajan got lucky and won lucky draw round trip tickets for two! It was a great experience, thank you Air Asia for having us.
