Bali is undoubtedly one of the most popular choices for holiday. Where is your favorite place to spend your day in Bali? Temple? Beach? Café? Restaurant? Hotel? Resort?
Well for us, our favorite place would be Ubud – Bali. Despite there are many beautiful beaches in this paradise island, Ubud has always been the number one for us. We just love the calm and serene ambiance of Ubud complete with its green scenery.
AnakJajan visited Ubud again last month, we stayed at Bisma Eight. Bisma Eight is a relatively new luxury all-suite boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud.
The interior is very interesting with its modern and traditional natural touch. In order to reach our room, we had to pass though pathway surrounded by lush plants.
We stayed at Canopy Suite, a huge 54sqm room complete with living room, bedroom, spacious balcony and bathroom with huge Japanese-inspired soaking tub.
View from our room was beautiful, paddy field behind our bed and pool with jungle in the distance from the balcony.
The room was soooo comfy and we enjoyed staying inside we didn’t bother to explore around.
Infinity Pool
Either you can swim or not, swimming pool at Bisma Eight is one thing that you must not miss. Their infinity pool is so charming with its breathtaking Ubud forest surrounding.

Copper Kitchen & Bar
For breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night hang, Bisma Eight has Copper Kitchen & Bar where they offer plentiful fusion dishes with Asian influence.

Fyi, Bisma Eight plants and harvests their own vegetables & herbs at their own spacious organic farm. The fresh organic vegetables & herbs are used for Copper Kitchen & Bar dishes.

Bisma Eight was hosting Ubud Food Festival Mad Hatter’s Tea Party featuring the famous Janice Wong from 2am Dessert Bar Singapore and Angelita Wijaya from Angelita Patisserie Bali during our stay and AnakJajan luckily got the chance to join the event.

The tea party located on the rooftop was lovely with colorful and fun decoration. AnakJajan has been a big fan of Janice Wong’s creations and the desserts were undoubtedly delicious.

Overall, AnakJajan’s stay at Bisma Eight was amazing, we had a wonderful time there. Being able to escape from daily bustle with relaxing and calming ambiance at Bisma Eight was what we need the most. Thank you so much Bisma Eight for the hospitality, will definitely miss this place a lot. Let’s travel!
