Sahabat Jajan!! What do you do in you free time usually? Mr. Jajan and I, we always having difficulty in deciding what to do especially on weekend, we usually end up on going to the mall, movie theater, restaurant or café. And it could be very boring but we don’t have any choice.
I’m sure most of you also face the same problem therefore we gladly would like to introduce you with BucketList.
BucketList is online website that offers unique, fun, memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences as a gift to your friends, family, beloved one or even yourself.
Inspired by ‘Things to do before you die’, BucketList offers a wide range of experiences starting from food and beverage, adventure, relaxation, art, lifestyle, etc.
AnakJajan had our first BucketList experience with full course meal Italian cooking class at Mamma Rosy. The booking process is very easy, you can simply choose any experience that you are interested in, select date & time and click ‘Buy Now’ button, proceed the payment and place the order.
The experience was extremely fun, Mamma Rosy herself and her daughter Stefania personally taught us how to cook an authentic Italian cuisine complete with two appetizers, one main course and one dessert.
For the appetizers, we chose Insalata Russa and Polpo con Patate. Both appetizers were super easy to make with simple ingredients.
While for the main course, they taught us how to make Pollo All Arrabbiata or Chicken Arrabiata, classic Italian chicken dish cooked in vibrant tomato sauce along with classic Italian Ragu, tomato and meat base sauce that is commonly served with pasta.
As for the dessert, we learned how to make Tiramisu, a popular coffee-flavored Italian dessert.
The perks of having Italian cooking class held by Italian is we got so many important tips and information about Italian food starting from the ingredients to cooking method. We learned lot’s of valuable information and realized that Italian cooking is actually simple and not as difficult as it seems.
After the cooking class, we had a tasting session trying all dishes from the cooking class, all of the dishes were delicious but my favorite would be the simple yet classic Ragu served with homemade pasta (would love to try making my own pasta someday). And right after that we could bring home one whole pan of tiramisu complete with apron and recipes hand written personally by Mamma Rosy herself, it was very sweet of her I’m going to treasure it.
Overall, AnakJajan enjoyed our Italian cooking class experience by BucketList at Mamma Rosy. Will definitely register us and check off our bucket list next time with another fun activities such as coffee class or maybe horseback riding course! 😀 Let’s have fun and create unforgettable memories with BucketList!
