Introducing Icida, a relatively new Japanese restaurant in Neo Soho Mall serving wide variety of Japanese dishes from Sushi, Robatayaki, Teppanyaki, etc.
The spacious restaurant has a lovely Japansese vibes with several different sections, sushi bar, teppanyaki, robatayaki and normal diner sections, so you can choose whether you can to sit in front of the chef and watch the cooking process or not.

The green eye catching sushi consists of Ebi tempura, avocado, mayonnaise, tobiko topped with teriyaki sauce. It was nicely executed, beautiful plating and great texture combination between the smooth avocado and crunchy ebi (shrimp) tempura.

For creamy fusion sushi lovers, this one is just a perfect choice, with salmon, tanuki, kyuri, mentai sauce with mayonnaise and tobiko. Love the fact that besides big portion, the sushi is available small portion making it suitable both for small or large group.

It’s a surf clam nigiri sushi, the surf clam was nicely cut, fresh and sweet with nice bouncy texture.
Sashimi Salmon IDR 20.8k
A basic menu that AnakJajan simply cannot miss, freshly sliced of salmon sashimi. It was fresh and came in a thick cut served on top of a glass of ice to keep it cold.

Slices of Japanese amberjack fish served with ponzu sauce. Major love for the delicate tangy yet refreshing sauce, it elevated the taste of hamaci into a new level. It may look simple but it tastes amazing!
Robatayaki or Japanese grilled skewer dish is also available in Icida with great selection from meat, seafood till vegetables both in Shio (savory salt) or Teriyaki (sweet savory) seasoning. All of the freshly grilled Robata Skewers in Icida are served with Icida’s special condiment sauce with amazing balance of spicy, sweet and savory teriyaki-based sauce for dipping.

The teppanyaki consists of US Beef Rib Eye grilled on pan, sunny side up egg and peanut sauce, garlic sauce and ponzu sauce. AnakJajan personally think that the beef goes really well with their garlic sauce, it makes the beef shine even more with addictive garlicky taste.

Other than beef, you can also get Norwegian Salmon Teppanyaki served over hotplate with sunny side up egg, fresh vegetables, peanut sauce, garlic sauce, and ponzu sauce.
