Indomie Babi Goreng Sambal Matah IDR 37k or IDR 40k with Egg

It has been several years but the trend of innovative Indomie creation is still growing. In Muara Karang – Pluit area itself, there are several popular “Warung Indomie” or “Ropang” places but Warbiku with the Indomie Crispy Pork Belly Sambal Matah is still the most favorite one for me and Mr. Jajan personally to date!

AnakJajan have been loyal customers to Warbiku, I think we’ve eaten their Sambal Matah Indomie for more than 5 times already, and every time we post about it on Instagram Stories or Snapchat, lots of you sent us messages asking about Warbiku, so we decided just to blog about it.

Warbiku stands for Warung Babi Kesukaanku, so that explains pork is Warbiku’s specialty menu. About the location, Warbiku has moved to a new permanent store with more cozy air-conditioned space, still in the Muara Karang Raya street only a few hundred meters ahead across Warung Bu Kris.

Every time AnakJajan think about Warbiku, we only have one menu in our minds, that is their signature dry Indomie served with crispy deep fried pork belly, sambal matah and egg.

The Indomie portion is huge since they use Jumbo Indomie and then the crispy pork belly is simply the best part, nicely deep fried till crispy on the outside while juicy on the inside. Love the fact that the pork belly is well seasoned already so it’s savory in each bite and it tastes even better when complemented with aromatic spicy sambal matah with subtle sweet taste.

For the egg you can request for sunny side up egg or omelet, then for the chili condiment, if you don’t fancy sambal matah, you can also opt for Thai chili sauce instead. Other than Indomie, it’s also available in rice version.

With the new permanent location, Warbiku is starting to serve more menu including these golden deep fried goodness, mix of straight cut fries, tater tots, wedges and sausage with choice of sauce.

Overall, as usually Warbiku never fails to satisfy me and Mr. Jajan’s cravings for Indomie, the combination between Indomie Goreng with crispy deep fried pork belly and sambal matah is simply irresistible, seriously highly recommended!! Let’s Jajan!!
