BREAD & HONEY – Coffee, Eatery, Bakery

Tucked in Pondok Indah area, a little cozy coffee shop, eatery and bakery has just opened recently offering various selection of homemade bread, coffee drinks along with light bites/ snack, main course and sweet treats.

Located just across JIS in Terogong Raya street, here in Bread & Honey you can find Homemade Bread made using all natural ingredients, less sugar, no preservative and 100% honey, along with a few selection of cakes from the display.

For the coffee drink, Bread & Honey offers espresso based coffee drinks both hot and iced.

Lime Cooler IDR 50k
One of the signature items in here is their Lime Cooler. Refreshing lime-based iced drink, the best way to enjoy it is by sipping from the edge of the glass to get extra sweet taste from sugar. It’s very refreshing and perfect option to quench the thirst and stimulate the appetite.

Iced Coffee with Gula Melaka and Ice Cream IDR 50k
Another signature one that instantly got me hooked, ice coffee drink with milk, ice cream and gula melaka. The taste is very interesting in a good way, rich bold and milky with caramel-like taste from the gula melaka. Love it!

Sweet Potato Fries IDR 45k
Mix of 3 types of sweet potato covered in batter then deep fried until crispy on the outside.

Chicken Avocado Salad IDR 60k
The salad consists of veggie, paprika, chunks of chicken breast and avocado. The light seasoning with clean taste was enjoyable.

Grilled Roasted Vegetable Crepes IDR 45k
The crepes were soft and delicate filled with grilled/ roasted vegetables like eggplant and paprika then topped with tomato-based sauce. Personally AnakJajan were pretty impressed by how nice it tastes even though it contains no meat.

Blueberry Pancake with Homemade Gelato IDR 45k
For sweet ending, AnakJajan had their pancake with fresh blueberry in it, served with honey and homemade gelato. For homemade gelato, there were 2 options available, chocolate or hazelnut, AnakJajan opted for Hazelnut and it was creamy, smooth and nutty.
