The restaurant with self service concept is located next to Food Hall on LG Floor near St. Marc Cafe Chococro.

The idea of healthier fast food comes from the use of fresh homemade ingredients and low calories sauce while making sure that the food is flavorful and not bland. For example the beef patty is made from fresh Wagyu beef, not frozen, and it’s freshly made by order. It’s surely a good fact knowing that the food we put in our body are made with better and fresh ingredients.

Personally not a big fan of fish burger but this one totally got us hooked!! Wholewheat bun with cornflakes crusted white snapper fillet, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a big dollop of Tart-Art sauce served with a bag of rainbow chips.

Big Wave IDR 86.5k (+ Rainbow Chips)

Bun was fluffy, white snapper was crunchy on the outside while savory well seasoned on the inside and complemented nicely with Tart-Art sauce with a bit of acidity, nyumzie!! Tart-Art sauce basically tastes like tartar sauce but with lighter taste, in a good way.

As for the rainbow chips, the homemade chips consist of purple and orange sweet potato, specially for the chips they want to keep the simple original taste of sweet potato hence it has no additional seasoning. It’s crunchy but I personally prefer my chips with seasoning for extra addictive factor ๐Ÿ˜€

K-POP Bowl IDR 86.5k
Rice bowl with bulgogi marinated beef tongue, sunny side up egg, scorched kimchi, fire-hazard sauce, and choice of rice (red/ brown/ white rice).
Beef tongue was nicely marinated with savory and slightly sweet bulgogi seasoning, thinly sliced and tender as well. It was an enjoyable and spicy bowl of rice, the Fire-Hazard sauce plays a major role in giving the bowl spicy bold characteristic.

K-POP Sandwich IDR 96.5k (+ Rainbow Chips)
Sandwich roll with wholewheat bun, bulgogi marinated beef tongue, pickled radish, carrot, fresh coriander, and Fire-Hazard sauce. The sandwich roll has a great potential, the tasteย was pleasant but unfortunately beef tongue was chewy. I don’t know if the thickness of beef tongue is supposed to be the same with K-POP Bowl but the one in K-POP Sandwich was slightly thicker and chewy. FYI, all spicy menu has non spicy option.

The Disastr Burger IDR 116.5k (+ Rainbow Chips)
This burger is DA BOMB!! Double Wagyu beef patties with two slices of cheese, Snow-Patrol sauce, Fire-Hazard sauce, and wholewheat bun served with rainbow chips. It was uber satisfying especially for meat lovers like Mr. Jajan, meaty, savory, tender and juicy altogether. AnakJajan can totally understand why this menu is the best selling and the most raved one.

Overall, in terms of price, it is a bit on the high side, but considering the great quality and delicious taste, AnakJajan got to say that MAM is worth a visit.
