Started since late 1940s, the famous cheesecake brand from USA, The Cheesecake Factory has expanded their business to Indonesia particularly in Jakarta.

I still clearly remember the rich and creamy taste of the cheesecake from my visit to The Cheesecake Factory Dubai 3 years ago and wish someday they will open in Indonesia. Finally my dream came true, in March 2017 The Cheesecake Factory has officially available in Indonesia. YAY!!

To maintain the quality and keep the original taste, all cheesecakes are imported directly from USA. In Indonesia, you can find 3 variants, Original Cheesecake, Ultimate Red Velvet, and Oreo Dream Extreme.

The cheesecake is available to purchase at selected Food Hall and Ranch Market in Jakarta (check the complete list of address at the end of this post) in whole cake version only with two options 8 or 12 slices. Original Cheese Cake (12 Slices IDR 880k /8 Slices IDR 660k)
A classic that we cannot get bored with, graham crackers crust with smooth creamy cheese filling on top. The cake was creamy, smooth, simple yet pleasing with just the perfect level of sweetness and cheesiness.

Ultimate Red Velvet (12 Slices IDR 990k /8 Slices IDR 770k)
If we have to choose one, Ultimate Red Velvet is AnakJajan’s most favorite one with Red Velvet Cake and Original Cheesecake covered with cream cheese frosting.

The combination of Red Velvet Cake and Original Cheesecake gives the cake a more balance and milder taste of cheese in a good way. The Red Velvet Cake itself is very impressive, so soft yet moist, one slice is certainly not enough!

Oreo Dream Extreme (8 Slices IDR 770k)
This one is DA BOMB! Cheesecake with layers of fudge cake, OREO Cookie mousse, OREO Cookies, and milk chocolate icing topping. It has a very rich and chocolatey taste with playful combination between OREO and cheese.

If you’re looking for rich and bold taste, AnakJajan highly recommend you to try the Oreo Dream Extreme, or if you prefer milder taste, try Ultimate Red Velvet and if you like classic cheese taste, get the Original Cheese Cake. The best storage method for The Cheesecake Factory products is by putting the cakes in -20ºC freezer and then keep in the +8ºC chiller for 8 to 12 hours before serving.
