KAKAKUKU – PLUIT, Jakarta

Introducing one of the newest hangout spot in Pluit-Muara Karang area called KAKAKUKU (Kangen Kangen Kumpul Kumpul) located near Waduk Pluit serving wide selection of food in affordable price like Indomie, Sate Taican, Ropang, Martabak, etc.

Having wide variety of dishes is admittedly what we need especially if we hangout with a group of friends as we won’t run out of options.

Kakakuku is a nice new option that has a great potential for hangout place, with high ceiling, the spacious place has a nice cozy vibes for hangout, not to mention they also provide board games. Let’s take a look at some of their signature items.

Indomie Salted Egg Kakakuku IDR 22k
Basically all Indomie creation in Kakakuku comes with soy-based chicken topping, other than that you can order extra topping such as egg, corned beef, mozarella cheese, sausage for IDR 5k/topping, and salted egg chicken or ayam geprek for IDR 13k.
The Indomie game is strong in Kakakuku since it’s well executed, it has all the “Indomie kekinian” factors that we expected, nicely cooked noodle, with generous salted egg sauce that’s packed with umami taste, well-balanced flavor, just look at the sexy shiny egg! YUM MAX!!

Indomie Ayam Geprek Kakakuku
Specially for this one, they serve the Indomie with spicy Ayam Geprek. The burning spicy taste from Ayam Geprek just goes well with Indomie.

Egg Bomb IDR 18k
This is an uncommon creations for find at place like this, quite unique and creative we must say. The shape of egg bomb reminds us of takoyaki. It’s basically a mixture of egg, carrot, corn, and corned beef cooked in ball-shaped omelette filled with mozarella cheese. It’s fluffy, nicely seasoned, what’s there not to love?

Egg Roll Mozarella IDR 25k
Another unique egg-based creation, omelette roll filled with melting mozarella cheese in the middle. The cook has gotta be skillful in cooking it since the egg is nicely cooked with soft fluffy texture.

Sate Taichan Special Kakuku IDR 29k
Kakakuku has two types of Sate Taichan; Original and Special. The original one is chicken skewer grilled without marination process, then the special one is well marinated with pepper. As for the taste, both are nice but AnakJajan love the Special one better, well it’s all coming back to individual tastebud. For extra flavor kick, mozarella or sambal matah toppings are available for IDR 5k/ topping.

Susu Murni Nutella IDR 19k
Iced fresh milk drink is available in various flavors; original, strawberry, greentea, nutella, coklat, kedelai, taro, and vanilla.

Honey Lemon IDR 19k
Just a perfect refreshing drink after hot spicy dishes, iced honey lemon drink with shaved ice on top.

Martabak Telur Isi Beef IDR 55k
Savory martabak comes in 3 options of main filling; beef, chicken, or salmon, then for extra enjoyment you can upgrade the egg to duck egg for additional IDR 5k. Aside from that, you can get another extra toppings just like we did, mozarella topping IDR 20k, and extra beef IDR 15k, double toppings double satisfaction!

The Martabak Telur tastes very nice, AnakJajan couldn’t stop after the first slice, nice crunchy crust, well seasoned, flavorful beef, the sweet and sour dipping sauce and pickles are just perfect condiments.

Martabak Tipker Nutella IDR 45k
For sweet martabak, the crispy thin Tipker is a must have. The crunchy taste is seriously addictive! Fyi, it’s available in chocolate, chocolate peanut, cheese, chocolate cheese, nutella, and chocomaltine.

Overall, Kakakuku has all the great factors we expected for a great hangout place, spacious place, nice options of food and beverages, tasty dishes. Also, AnakJajan heard that they’re going to launch another new creations, can’t wait to try it!
