PIKNIK CAFE – ARIF INN, LEBAK BULUS, Jakarta

Holiday vibes in Jakarta, offering a cozy tropical poolside hangout space, PikNik in Arif Inn guesthouse makes a quick and fun getaway without actually leaving the hectic city of Jakarta.

During this long holiday season, me and Mr. Jajan don’t have any travel plan, we just want to enjoy Jakarta without traffic jam so the easiest getaway would be visiting the newest and hippest cafes in town.

One of our favorite recent findings would be PikNik cafe. Visiting PikNik Cafe gives us a nice summer holiday vibes, it feels like we visit hip cafe in Bali.

As the tagline suggests, eat, drink, and splash, the poolside cafe offers a colorful funky vibes with tropical and flamingo ornaments including pink and blue walls, all those funky aspects that makes an instagrammable photo.

As for the menu, the cafe offers wide variety of fresh drinks just perfect for sunny day on outdoor cafe, as for the food there are a few options of fusion dishes like rice, noodle, burger, sandwich, snacks and dessert ranging from IDR 10k to IDR 60k.

Cenil Rainbow Ice IDR 45k
The shaved ice dessert came with colorful toppings like mungbean, sago, jelly, drizzled with milk and syrup. A classic combo that simply cannot go wrong, it was decent but not memorable.

Tuna Poke Bowl IDR 45k
The tuna poke bowl consists of rice, chunks of tuna, and colorful vegetables. It was a decent filling dish with creamy mayo-like sauce.
