Buns & Meat is one of many new restaurants located in Pantai Indah kapuk, the restaurant is originated from Kuala Lumpur.

Joining the porky food hype in Jakarta, Buns and Meat specializes in various Porky dishes such as ribs, pasta, pizza, rice and also burger. The restaurant is located right beside Hello Kitty Cafe & Tsubohachi.

For starter, AnakJajan tried various pork belly dishes from Char Siew, Deep Fried, Roasted and Stir Fried, all of them were incredibly delicious! The pork belly was nicely seasoned and tender, our personal favorite would be the deep fried pork belly crunchy addictive texture and the best part is it tastes even better when we dip it into spicy garlicky house special chili sauce, sooo good you will not want to share it!!

This is what I call messy messy good food, pork burger with cheese, bacon and poached egg, the burger tasted really nice, very flavorful, tender, savory and moist, bun was really nice, soft fluffy altogether while poached egg was cooked nicely with runny egg yolk.

This one was also a very enjoyable burger, moist and juicy served with coleslaw and fries on side. The grilled chicken was nicely cooked, it was juicy and peppery,

Overall, all of the dishes above were delicious and satisfying, Buns & Meat definitely knows how to cook pork nicely, totally will be back for more. Let’s Jajan!!
