MSQ CREMERIA – Living World Alam Sutera

As an avid fan of soft serve ice cream, it always excites me when there’s a new soft serve ice cream place in town. Recently in Living World Alam Sutera mall, a new place specializes in soft serve ice cream has opened, the place is called MSQ Cremeria so AnakJajan and foodie friends decided to visit for afternoon dessert break.

The ice cream and dessert place is located on the ground floor of Living World Alam Sutera. I don’t know if it’s just me but somehow there some similarities from this place with the famous soft ice cream place in HongKong, even some of my friends also had the same thoughts. It’s similar but not the same, so I asked the waiter about it but he doesn’t know anything so I’m not sure if it’s related or not.

Grape Soft Cream Parfait IDR 65k
There were two soft serve ice cream flavors available, Vanilla and Green Tea. For this parfait, we opted for vanilla soft serve ice cream, it comes with popping pearl, rice crispy, coffee jelly and fresh grapes. The main star of this dessert, vanilla soft serve ice cream was way too sweet for our liking but on the other side the popping pearl and coffee jelly were yummy and the grapes were sweet.

Premium Melon Parfait IDR 65k
For green tea ice cream, they use that type of jasmine-like green tea that you usually find in “kue cubit”, some people might enjoy it but this is definitely not for us, on the other side the texture of soft serve ice cream was smooth, soft and creamy enough.

Overall, I got to be honest that it was decent but not the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had in town, well everyone has different palates and this is just based on our personal palates and experience.
