The posh and chic Bottega Ristorante recently has moved to new and bigger location in Fairgrounds SCBD, Jakarta.
In the new location, Bottega Ristorante still sticks to the original concept of European theme for their decor complete with gorgeous tiles, wooden panels, marbled tables, etc.
At the new location, they aim to create more casual vibes since it’s basically a casual restaurant. They want to make the restaurant casually more comfortable and less intimidating since the products are considered to be reasonably priced.
In case if you don’t know, Bottega Ristorante is the sister restaurant of the beautiful Wilshire and relatively newly opened Rock Paper Scissor.
As for the food, Bottega Ristorante offers European Fusion cuisine, customers certainly won’t run out of options since there are lots of option to choose from European dishes such as Pasta, Risotto, Pizza, etc, even Mexican, Brazillian, or Asian food are served there.
Steak Tacos With Corn Salsa IDR 119k
These steak tacos exactly meet our expectations. It consists of house made fresh tacos, grilled steak, guacamole. The ingredients were nice and fresh ingredients then steak also was cooked perfectly to medium level with tender juicy texture.
Porcini Coffee Rubbed Steak IDR 295k
One of the best selling dishes in Bottega Ristorante that certainly can satisfy the meat lovers, 300g USDA prime sirloin rubbed in dried porcini and arabica coffee then grilled and served with charred leeks.
Sweet Corn Cappellacci with Mushroom & Sage IDR 145k
This simple looking pasta dish simply amazed us in the way we didn’t expect. The cappelacci pasta has a unique shape like Korean Mandu or dumpling, it’s filled with sweet corn and minced mushroom and cooked in brown butter sauce. The homemade pasta was cooked nicely with delicate texture but the best part would be the sweet, savory and buttery flavors combination from all ingredients creating a very harmonious taste inside the mouth. It’s sooo good, we’re totally going to order it again on the next visit.
Penne Alla Vodka IDR 125k
One of the new menu creation in Bottega Ristorante is Penne Alla Vodka or penne pasta cooked in Vodka marinara sauce with salmon chunks. The tomato based pasta was nicely executed, well-balanced savory taste with subtle creamy taste.
Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake (Gluten free) IDR 65k
For sweet ending, there are several options to choose, AnakJajan had one of their newest additions, Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake, a gluten free chocolate cake. It was rich and dense with bold dark chocolate taste.
Overall, dining in Bottega Ristorante can be pleasing both for the eyes and appetite from the food and the decor. AnakJajan love every single detail of the new location, it’s very chic and posh, interesting yet pretty at the same time. As for the food, with that many options, customers certainly won’t run out of options.
