The tteokbokki or spicy rice cake dish here has a nice consistency of sauce, it’s not too thick but not too watery with generous amount of seafood like prawn, crab, squid, clam and served with melting mozzarella cheese on the side.

AnakJajan opted for Dukki Samgyeopsal that comes with bokeumbap or fried rice afterwards. The rolling cheese samgyeopsal was tender and it gets better when you roll it with melting mozzarella cheese, we had gochujang marinated one which gives the meat a mild spicy taste. On the other hand, the bokeumbap or fried rice needs improvement, somehow it was lacking of seasoning.

Gimbap or rice roll here was yummy just the way we like with just the right composition between rice and filling.

Musa Jokbal IDR 320k
Fyi, Jokbal is a Korean dish made of pork hock cooked in soy sauce and spices. Mr. Musa’s Jokbal was pleasant with generous amount of meat, tender and nicely seasoned, good enough but certainly not the best for us. Personally we find that Bumbu Satu’s Jokbal is still the best in town.
The addition of tangy sauce and vegetables are just nice to eliminate the greasy taste.

The vegetables salad was a great addition to tone down the greasy taste from fried dumpling. Gotta say pretty much nothing memorable from this dish, Korean dumpling and spicy squid with vegetables salad.

Out of many skewer options, this one got our attention immediately, grilled spicy pork skewer. The pork belly was tender and fully marinated, it’s meaty, savory and sweet without any unpleasant smell at all. Good but it can be more perfect if they grill it longer or in higher temperature since we’re missing the smoky char-grill aroma in it.

Haemul Sundubu IDR 80k
Simplicity as its best, this spicy seafood soft tofu stew got us hooked immediately after the first taste. The broth was deep and rich with mild spicy taste. It was enjoyable from the first till the last spoonful.

Well, the food we had was pleasant in overall, not that kind mind blowing one but pleasant enjoyable one but it’s all back to personal taste. The wide variety of dishes available is certainly a plus point.
