A while ago, AnakJajan visited DapuRaya in Pasaraya Blok M, it’s located on the LG floor, as you can see from the pictures below, the food court is decorated nicely to represent the scene of Indonesian street food with lots of traditional ornaments. Along with the time, due to the high demand, they have expanded DapuRaya by adding DapuRaya2 located just across the first one in order to offer more options for its customers.

Just a quick fact, Pasaraya used to be Pasaraya Grande has transformed into Pasaraya The Pride of Indonesia.

Sate Ambal IDR 30k (10pcs)
Originated from Kebumen, Central Java since 1870, the chicken skewers or satay were simply one of the best we’ve ever tried seriously!! Chicken was grilled to perfection with slightly crispy texture on the outside while tender moist on the inside served with amazingly flavorful peanut sauce. Me likey!

AnakJajan got this fragrant rice set with fried chicken, tofu, tempeh and spicy addictive chili sauce or sambal from “Nasi Uduk Mbok Rene” tenant, the tenant offers various Indonesian mixed rice with as Nasi Langgi, Nasi Rames, Nasi Tim and Lontong Cap Gomeh.

Klepon IDR 14k
Klepon is one of the traditional Indonesian street snack that is quite hard to find nowadays. It is boiled rice cake, stuffed with liquid palm sugar, and rolled in grated coconut, a simple and rustic sweet delicacy that could be a perfect companion for tea or coffee. You can find it at “Kue Putu Nabila” tenant.

Es Pisang Ijo IDR 20k
Ordered this famous ice dessert from Makassar at “Pisang Ijo Adulam” tenant, the banana is wrapped in green rice cake mixture, steamed and then served with shaved ice, classic red syrup and condense milk. Other than that you can also find Es Kacang Merah or traditional Indonesian red bean ice dessert.
