For you guys who have been wondering where is the best place to enjoy city view of Tokyo, Tokyo City View Observatory Deck at Mori Tower, Roppongi Hills might be the answer.
Located on the 52nd floor at the top of Mori Tower, Tokyo City View observation deck has an amazing indoor and outdoor viewing platforms where you can get a very nice view of Tokyo Tower closely and Tokyo Sky Tree from a distance.
Known as one of Tokyo’s best spots for city view, the admission fee for Tokyo City View observation deck is JPY 1,800 per person for the indoor observation deck, and additional JPY 500 per person if you want to go to the Sky Deck, an open air rooftop deck.
The observation deck on 52nd floor has a high ceiling and wide glass walls all the way around the deck giving the visitors great views of the city from all directions.
During our visit, it was cloudy but luckily the sun came out in the end and gave us a magnificent golden sunset view. We could see the majestic Tokyo Tower in three different setups and seeing Tokyo from such a height gave us a totally different vibes. It was magnificent yet romantic as well it could be a great place for date nite.
Make sure to check the weather forecast and visit on bright sunny day, you don’t want to spend your money just for a foggy rainy view right??
AnakJajan got to say that with astonishing view like this, spending JPY 1,800 is totally paid off!! The best time to visit is in the afternoon when the sky is still bright so you get to enjoy day, sunset and night views.
Overall, another bucket list has checked off, finally AnakJajan got to enjoy the beautiful view of Tokyo just like the way we imagined. Compared to our experience from Tokyo Sky Tree Observation deck, we must say that Tokyo City View Observatory Deck at Roppongi Hills undoubtedly has the BEST CITY VIEW OF TOKYO. Let’s travel!!
