Out of many trends, cheese cake has become a major trend in 2016 particularly Japanese style cheese cakes and one of the happening brand is Fuwa-Fuwa, following the opening of 1st outlet in Elang Laut, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Fuwa Fuwa has opened the second outlet recently in Central Park Mall.

The word Fuwa-Fuwa ふわふわ in Japanese means something fluffy and light this explains the type of cheese cake offered by Fuwa-Fuwa, authentic Japanese style baked cheese cake with cloud-like fluffy texture.

AnakJajan visited the second outlet in Central Park Mall LG floor and there was a quite long queue since lots of people are interested in the fluffy cheesecake.

To ensure the quality, the cheese cakes are freshly baked on the spot with all fresh ingredients. The shop has a grab-and-go dessert concept, you can simply spot the store from its bright yellow signage and kawaii mascot.

After tasting the cake, AnakJajan must say that the cheese cakes are indeed soooo fluffy, airy yet moist thanks to the steam-bake cooking process. It’s very light, not too cheesy and not overly sweet, in instant it just melts in your mouth!!

Basically there are three flavors available, Signature Cheese, Chocolate Cheese and Matcha Cheese. My personal favorite undoubtedly would be the classic signature one while Mr. Jajan enjoys the bitter sweet Chocolate Cheese Cake with chocolate chips inside.

Overall, love the delicate texture and taste of Fuwa-Fuwa’s Cheese Cake. It’s very light and scrumptious we can have several slices in one go easily without feeling sick, any Japanese cheese cake maniac will love it! Let’s Jajan!!
