
Do you still remember my excitement for EIO Patisserie during our visit to Saine Daise? Finally after a few months of opening, AnakJajan had the chance to visit the lovely patisserie in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area and try some of their signature products.
For a sweetooth like myself, it used to be hard to get any decent cake around PIK area but gladly in the the past half year new places have been popping up and EIO Patisserie is certainly a sweet addition to Pantai Indah Kapuk’s food scene.
EIO Patisserie is located at the same building as Saine Daise. The whole shop’s interior is dominated with posh marble walls and display counter.
If you’re a big fan of Japanese style cake, you’re going to love EIO’s products, here you can find whole cakes, mini cakes, cookies, tarts and special hampers in luxurious packaging. One of the plus point that AnakJajan honestly love from EIO Patisserie is their great awareness towards guilt free dessert, that explains why the cakes are not overly sweet typical Japanese cake.
French Pie Salted Egg IDR 15K/pc, Chasiu IDR 17.5K/pc, Blueberry IDR 15K/pc, Cheese IDR 15K/pc
The pies are buttery and simply addictive, it’s available in sweet and savory filling, all filling are equally yummy but the salted egg filling is my most favorite one.

Cookies IDR 200K/ box
AnakJajan have tried some samples of their cookies during the visit to Saine Daise and we loved it. The premium cookes come in a beautiful box consisting of rose, salted egg, matcha, dark chocolate and blackpepper cookies, a fun and interesting combo indeed. All the cookies are crisp, buttery and delicious, we can tell that it was made with great ingredients. Our most favorite flavor would be the rose cookies with sweetened real rose petals in it.
EIO Cake IDR 180K (18cm)
The cheese spongecake has this nice airy texture with subtle hint of cheese. It’s so fluffy yet light, it makes me feel like eating cloud in a good way.
Cheesecake Original/Orange IDR 200K (whole cake)
EIO’s cheese cake has a nice fluffy light texture typical Japanese style cheese cake, it’s cheesy but just in the right level and not overly sweet. Other than the signature one, they also have orange version with refreshing hint of the fruity orange. Besides whole cake, you can also enjoy slice version at the 2nd floor, Saine Daise.
Cheese Fruit Tart, IDR 150K (12cm) / IDR 500K (whole cake)
If you’re a big fan of cheesecake with stronger cheese taste in it, the Cheese Fruit Tart is highly recommended. The tart has a denser texture but still smooth and soft with strong cheese aroma but not overpowering, nicely complemented with juicy fresh fruit on top.
Frozen Smores IDR 50k
Homemade smores filled with vanilla ice cream and almond, to my surprise it tasted very light with just the right amount of sweetness.
Salted Egg Matcha Cake IDR 250K (whole cake)
The cake consists of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom, salted egg yolk in the middle with matcha cake. This unique combination reminds me of Chinese mooncake with salted egg yolk inside but in the cake version. The cake was smooth with dense and moist texture, I really like the sweet and salty combination it’s just the cake we got was slightly a bit too brown than usual, but still yummy though. Must try!
Banana Boy 12cm IDR 150K / Whole IDR 300K
My most favorite cake in EIO is their Banana Boy since it’s a combination of two of my favorite things, Chocolate and Banana!! The chocolate cake has a dense yet moist texture, topped with bitter sweet rich chocolate sauce and crumble then sweet and soft banana in the middle. Love it so much!
Summer Berry Charlottes IDR 55k
The pretty looking cake consists of berry mousse, berry jelly, fresh berries and ladyfingers. The smooth delicate texture and playful sweet tangy flavors made it very enjoyable, it could be a great companion for a cup of tea.
AnakJajan visited EIO Patisserie just before Christmas, so that explains the festive Christmas decor in the store. We also got the unique looking Christmas Hampers in drawer-like box and teddy rattan box filled with exclusive items such as Almond Mille Fuille, Matcha Caramel pudding, Cheese Caramel pudding, Cheese Fruit Tart, Rose Petal Cookies, Almond Fiorentine (crispy almond), Cranberry Nougat, Almond Nougat & Chocolate.
AnakJajan love every single item in the hampers, the delicious taste certainly did a great job in bringing joy and happiness of Christmas. AnakJajan are sure that for the upcoming Chinese New Year, they’re going to prepare another festive looking premium hampers.Fyi, you also can purchase these items separately.
