Play our YOUTUBE video above ↑↑↑ for closer look at the outlet and product.

Every time AnakJajan visit Japan, we always make sure to visit BAKE Cheese Tart to get our cravings fixed so we’re beyond excited to share the news with you that after Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Shanghai, Thailand, and Singapore, now BAKE is coming to Indonesia.

The store will open for public on October 7th, 2017, luckily AnakJajan got the exclusive preview before the opening so we can share with you the first look of BAKE Cheese Tart Indonesia.

As the pioneer of cheese tart in Japan, many of you might be wondering what makes BAKE Cheese Tart so special?? Well AnakJajan personally think that BAKE Cheese Tart has just the perfect consistency and well-balanced flavor with the right level of cheesiness and creaminess.

The cheese tarts are double baked for best texture, we love how crunchy buttery the tart shell is and then how smooth aromatic the cheese filling is. For the filling they use 4 types of cheese in total, 3 from Hokkaido and 1 from France, that explains the rich yummy taste.

PRICE

At this moment Bake Cheese Tart Indonesia only offer 1 type of product that is their signature/ original Cheese Tart. The price for cheese tart is IDR 29k/pc or IDR 165k/ 6pcs. To make sure everyone get the chance to try it, they limit the sales and each person can purchase maximum of 12pcs.

LOCATION

The 1st outlet is located in Grand Indonesia LG floor West Mall (right next to Sushi Tei), you can easily spot the store from their signature display of yellow boxes. The store focuses on grab & amp;go or take-out system just like many BAKE stores in Japan, so there’s no seating area.

From the open kitchen, we can see how they prepare and bake the cheese tarts. The shiny yellow display of freshly baked cheese tart is just super tempting and obviously going to attract any passer-by to drop in.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CHEESE TART??

It is suggested to enjoy the tarts on the day of purchase but other than that you can keep it in the refrigerator with following guides:
– Cheese tarts can last for 4 days in the chiller or you can keep it longer for 1 month in the freezer.
– If you want to reheat the tarts, set the oven at 180-200 Celsius and bake it for 30seconds up to 1mins.

BEST WAY TO ENJOY BAKE CHEESE TART

For best enjoyment, here are the serving suggestion:
1. Enjoy it freshly baked from the store, you’ll get a nice warm cheese tart with super soft molten and smooth cheese filling in the middle.
2. Put it in the chiller and enjoy the cool version. The cheese filling will become more solid but still smooth and soft.
3. Or the last one, put it in the freezer for more solid ice-cream like texture.

Each serving suggestion will give you different texture and different eating sensation, give it a try and let us know which way is your favorite?

Me and Mr. Jajan have tried the warm freshly baked and also chilled versions, we personally enjoy the chilled version more, gonna put it in the freezer and try it later. We’re sure that you guys are excited about it, mark the date October 7th, 2017 and get yourself ready! 😀
